Purpose of Lead CRM

Lead CRM is a web application for B2B lead generation and outreach. It helps users manage sales projects, companies, and contacts (leads), send outreach email from the user's own Gmail mailbox, and detect replies and delivery failures. Lead CRM does not replace Gmail; it uses Google APIs only with the user's consent.

What Lead CRM does

  • Create projects and store companies and contacts (leads).
  • Compose and send outreach email from your own mailbox via the Gmail API (scope gmail.send).
  • Sync replies, follow-ups, and bounces related to those contacts (scope gmail.readonly).
  • Keep CRM data isolated per Google account; OAuth tokens stay on the server only, encrypted at rest.

Why Lead CRM requests Google user data

Lead CRM requests only the scopes needed to provide the product features you see in the app. We do not use Google user data for ads or for training unrelated AI models.

  • openid / email / profile — sign in, identify your account, and show your name and email in Lead CRM.
  • gmail.send — send email that you compose in Lead CRM through your own Gmail account.
  • gmail.readonly — read mailbox data required to detect replies and delivery failures for contacts stored in Lead CRM. We do not request the full mail.google.com scope.

Brand identity

The official application name is Lead CRM. This is the same name shown on our OAuth consent screen, in the browser title, and throughout the product UI. Lead CRM is not a Google product; it integrates with Gmail only through official Google APIs with your consent.
